30 seconds hands on prep time then let your dehydrator do the work! Cut and roll or tear apart - it’s literally THAT SIMPLE! We have some great basic recipes with fun flavors for you but play around with! Add almost EVERYTHING! Fresh, frozen & tinned ingredients all work well! Some need a touch of sweetener others you can leave out!! As long as you have a ‘smoothie’ consistency and you spread the wet ingredients to a 5mm thickness it will work!

Tropical Dream:
  • 2 Cups Mango
  • 2 Cups Pineapple
Pink Pear:
  • 2 Cups Pear
  • 2 Cups Raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Vanilla Bean
  • Juice of 1 medium Lemon
Raspberry Lemonade:
  • 2 Cups Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Apple
  • Juice of 1 medium Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
Stone Fruit Sensation:
  • 2 Cups Peaches
  • 2 Cups Apricots
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Vanilla Bean
Strawberry Kisses:
  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Vanilla Pod
Berry Blast:
  • 2 Cups Mixed Berries
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

Instructions
  1. Blend all of your ingredients together until you have a smoothie like consistency.
  2. Spread out mixture on a non-stick dehydrator mat and dehydrate at 104°F (40°C) for 6-8 hours.
  3. Peel the roll-up off the non-stick mat and cut & roll or rip into pieces and store in an airtight container with a moisture absorber.
