- Cut off both ends of each parsnip. Scrub using a kitchen scrubber and rinse with water.
- Slice with a sharp knife or mandolin.
- Place in a single layer on your dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at 115°F (46°C) for 7-11 hours.
- When completely dehydrated, let cool then store in an airtight bag or mason jar.
