- Fresh pears
- Lemon juice
- Peel the pears if you like then remove the core and slice.
- Make a mixture of equal parts of water and lemon juice. Toss the pear slices with this solution.
- Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
- Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for about 7-16 hours.
