view- 3/4 cup almonds, the pulp only
- 1/4 cup golden flax seed meal
- 1 cup pumpkin paste
- 1/2 cup dates, paste
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1 pinch salt
- Pour all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix by hand; Mold into a loaf 1 1/2 inch (3.8 cm) thick.
- Place the loaf on a dehydrator sheet; set in the dehydrator and dehydrate at 105°F (41°C) for 8 hours.
