- Vinegar
- Make a solution of 1/2 cup of vinegar in 1 1/2 quarts (1.4L) of water.
- Rinse radishes then soak in the vinegar solution for 10 minutes.
- Slice into thin slices with a knife or mandolin.
- Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
- Dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for about 7-12 hours.
- Let cool then store in an airtight container.
