- Wash turnips, cut off the ends then peel.
- ��Slice into about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick slices with a knife or mandolin.
- Blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes. Cool immediately in ice water then drain.
- Arrange the slices on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
- Dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for 12 hours, or until brittle and can bend a little.
