view- 2 sweet potatoes, sliced thinly
 - sea salt to taste
 
- Using a mandolin, slice the potatoes as uniformly and thinly as possible.
 - Add salt and toss with the sliced potatoes. Spread the slices on the dehydrator tray, ensuring they are in a single layer.
 - Turn on the dehydrator and set the temperature to 115°F (46°C).
 - Dehydrate for 15 - 20 hours.
 - Store the chips in airtight containers.
