- 2 cups unsweetened dehydrated fruit (apricots, strawberries, kiwi,watermelon and so on)
- Slice desired fruit into thin slices.
- Place on dehydrating trays; place in a dehydrator and dry at 125°F (52°C) for 4 to 12 hours until completely dry (this depends on the fruit chosen).
- Place in a freezer overnight.
- Transfer frozen dehydrated fruits to a blender and process until a smooth powder form is achieved.
