- 1 large carrot
- 1/2 cup spinach, washed and dried
- 1 large orange
- 2 cups pureed strawberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Wash the orange and carrot, and then peel.
- Use a juicer to juice the carrot, orange and spinach.
- Pour juices, strawberry puree and honey into a blender and puree until smooth.
- Spread mixture on dehydrator tray lined with teflex sheet. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 125°F (52°C) for 6 to 8 hours or until it becomes leathery.
