- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp powdered chili
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp powdered garlic
- 2 pounds (900g) sliced lean beef
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl; rub mixed ingredients into the meat and really work it in. Cover bowl and marinate overnight.
- Place on the dehydrator trays and dry at 155°F (68°C) for 8 to 12 hours.
